Apoyo Integral Down Children’s Day Race

Last Sunday, Grúas Villarreal attended and joined the Civil Association “Apoyo Integral Down” to carry out the “Great Race, Running for a Cause”

The purpose of this sports event is to collect funds to remodel the house where an average of 23 down-syndrome people is assisted, from newborns to 25 year olds.

With over 400 attendees, the race consisted of 10 or 5 kilometers for adults and 1 kilometer for children. At the facilities of Club Britania, from the first to the fifth place of each category were awarded and diplomas were delivered to all participants.

Supporting this kind of event is fundamental for Grúas Villarreal, since it not only promotes a healthy lifestyle or an active participation of the society, but it also provides certainty on the improvement of life quality for such special human beings.
